For a 3-hour AI Tinkerers meetup, run 5-minute demos (max 8) with an optional 10-minute break; prep speaker order (strongest first/last), a 1–2 sentence “what to try next” intro, and share presenter contact info. At the start, enforce “no slides, RUNNING CODE.” Time it (1-minute warning at 4, cut at 5 with music), optionally allow two quick audience questions if 6–8 demos fit, then end by acknowledging sidelined demos with contact-worthy names and invite stations.
The community launched new merchandise, including a navy cap with "Ignore all previous instructions" embroidery and vinyl laptop stickers. Sales supported the group's efforts.
