I built a demo browser-based FPS where all the assets were generated with AI — ChatGPT image gen into a Hunyuan 3D pipeline. It’s rough around the edges but it works, and the workflow was interesting enough to share. I’ll do a live demo and walk through what the pipeline actually looks like, where it fell apart, and where it surprised me. New game assets can be generated on the fly by the developer for rapid game development.
