Flux is the CNCF Graduated project: the definitive GitOps toolkit for continuous, progressive delivery on Kubernetes.

Flux is the GitOps engine that automates your application deployment and cluster configuration, ensuring your Kubernetes cluster state always matches the source repository. This CNCF Graduated project integrates directly with your existing infrastructure (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) and OCI artifacts. It provides a robust, auditable, and traceable path for every change: simply commit to Git and Flux handles the reconciliation. Deploy with confidence, manage complex, multi-tenant environments, and eliminate configuration drift using this proven automation platform.

### [Relighting pictures after they are taken](https://manchester-nh.aitinkerers.org/talks/rsvp_vzrJ5r46hyA)

Using AI and ML I built an application that relights pictures after they were taken. I will demo this process producing pictures that are re-lit using off-the-shelf photography items. Examples can be seen here: https://www.instagram.com/jackshap1/.

### [Ecocraft Designer – Your AI Co-Designer for NBC-Compliant Floor Plans](https://tiruchirappalli.aitinkerers.org/talks/rsvp_8G4RtrBmmGA)

Ecocraft Designer is Green Build AI’s cutting-edge solution that empowers architects, engineers, and homeowners to instantly generate NBC-compliant 2D building plans and convert them into high-quality 3D models. At the core of this platform is an AI engine that integrates IGBC sustainability guidelines, enabling users to build smarter, greener, and faster. This session will showcase how Ecocraft Designer leverages advanced generative models and AI prompt enhancement technologies to simplify sustainable design. Through live demos, we’ll explore how users can go from a conceptual idea to a compliance-ready 3D model in minutes. Attendees will gain insights into how India-centric building code automation, AI-generated plans, and eco-material recommendations are transforming the AEC industry.

### [GRPO for Image Generation](https://la.aitinkerers.org/talks/rsvp_d2eGdYZ4OWY)

I will be attempting to fine-tune an open source image model with GRPO to match the style of a reference Ox character. I might fall flat on my face, but at least it'll be fun.

### [How Built An App in 1 Week And We Grew from 0-250 Sign Ups, and 43 Customers in 1 Week w/ Meta/Reddit Ads](https://nairobi.aitinkerers.org/talks/rsvp_gQuwSAWLYpc)

** NOTE: I may not qualify as per your description!! - I’m not a technical person - I understand how the app was built, the technologies used, and the rough framework, but I have my CTO in San Francisco and our team of 3 devs in Sri Lanka who know the exact info! I can walk through very openly how it's built at a high level, but don’t know the nitty-gritty. Based on your description, I likely won’t qualify, so don’t hesitate to exclude me !! I am not technical, I can walk through what we did technically at a high level but that's the most of it. I just thought if I was at this event, this would be an interesting thing to learn. ** I would love to present the backstory of how we built 6+ apps, they all failed but then from that, we learnt so much to get to the point where we were able to build a fully functional SaaS within 7 days. We broke each app that we built into repeatable frameworks for auth, the app logic itself, hosting, db, etc. so that we could get apps live within 2-3 days to test them. We built so many apps here that all failed (we may go back to them!), including, niyoz.co, focusgate.io, inboxclarity.io, fubuu.com, dabu.ai, padelbuddy.ai, grammaticgenius.com etc.) From this, we spent 2-3 months doing them, and then we failed so much, we came up with a repeatable framework where we could launch apps super quickly... within 48-72 hours to get a fully functional app. Then we optimised our team around this, where we hired 1 full-time team member to just work on the logic / app of softwares that we were building, then we hired another full-time team member to only work on the front-end and design, and we had our senior engineer working on only refining the system where we can launch apps faster and faster. We did this, and launched so many apps that all failed, technically they were fine, but I failed on the marketing side... until, we built phonicsmaker.com that gave me a lot of confidence in the app. So I pushed myself to sell it, I started off with reddit ads, just keeping it super basic and simple, and saw, we got a signup! then tried meta ads, and saw that we were getting signups for ridiculously cheap ($15-20 free 7-day trial start), ($3-$5 cost per sign up). And that's been working really well, we'll see how it goes -->> in the presentation, I would love to just talk about how we did it super fast, from failing, and how the ads/marketing side went where I can share my screen as I go through the ads manager on meta/reddit and the ad creatives that I made using the new 4o image gen, just how I went to market.

### [Stable Diffusion ControlNets for controlled GenAI Data Viz](https://dc.aitinkerers.org/talks/rsvp_xEa4tHjvi6I)

Will Angel will demonstrate using Generative AI for data visualization, including the use of Control Nets and Stable Diffusion to accurately encode information in generated data visualizations to get the creativity of AI image generation for accurate data visualization. The demos will include multiple image generation models such as Flux and Stable Diffusion, some examples of prompt engineering, different methods for controlling image models and using ControlNet to structure the output of image generation into usable and correct charts. ### [Generating "stories" from your digital trace data](https://paris.aitinkerers.org/talks/rsvp_67DnuLeXU-k)

I've been working on an open source project that leverages gen ai to make digital trace data come alive. Digital trace data consists of a person's Google search history, WhatsApp messages and ChatGPT conversations and tells the true story of a person's identity, free of the filters we self impose when sharing content on social apps. In its current form, the data pipeline analyzes the Google Takeout's "Activity.json" file and generates sequences of captioned images that showcase the evolution through time of one's life experiences inferred from it (personal growth, curiosities and worries, dreams and aspirations, etc). I will demo the first working iteration of the app (slightly different from the description above) and a sneak peek of the second iteration. Will also showcase the underlying data pipeline and how transformer models are being deployed.

### [Run Serverless GPUs on Private Cloud](https://bengaluru.aitinkerers.org/talks/rsvp_gsELXgH0NNk)

Tensorfuse helps you run serverless GPUs on private cloud. You can deploy any custom or open-source ML model and will auto-scale wrt to the number of http request your app receives. Automatically scale down to 0 and upto required number of GPU nodes. We have achieved cold starts of 20 secs on warm nodes.
