### [Use Gen AI + the copier you or your company already own and use, to automate work](https://guatemala-city.aitinkerers.org/talks/rsvp_YWelWohOKT0)

In my startup, Docs2ai.com, we want to give the office equipment most companies and individuals already own and use Gen AI superpowers to automate their repetitive document workflows. We are specially intrigued on being able to create a process so seamless and similar to what they already do at work that integrating AI to their day to day is as easy as pressing the SCAN button in the copier they've known for years. We are currently tinkering on how to automate letting AI autonomously create monthly paper reports and fill physical forms, just by scanning or taking images of previous reports and the empty forms... hopefully by March 24, we made more strides in the following weeks to showcase the proof of concept.

Prompticorn is a Chatbot designed to help users improve their image prompts. At the same time, it's a fun way to pass time during an event and get the audience engaged. It consists of a big screen that shows all images created during an event - best setup at a central location at the event. And a chat interface where users can suggest image prompts to the Prompticorn. The Prompticorn will give tips on improving the prompts quality. Once it deems the prompt worthy, it will allow the user to generate an image.

### [AI Assistant that thinks like a real estate lawyer!](https://london.aitinkerers.org/talks/rsvp_nWlDYF-M1qc)

Many people are excited about AI Agents and what they can do but it's often said that they're not quite ready for production use cases. My team and I have built an AI Agent (ReAct loop with tools) that is able to solve hard real estate due diligence tasks in minutes that typically take lawyers hours to do manually. We started building this product in H2 last year, released it to customers in December and now have some of the biggest law firms int he world paying for the product. It's some pretty cool kit technically which has been hard to build and perfect for a customer base who are incredibly pedantic about quality.
