I built a voice AI that calls patients before their doctor's appointment, it asks about their symptoms and history, the stuff a nurse would normally cover over the phone. This was built under NDA, so I can't show the actual product. What I'll walk you through instead is an anonymized version covering the full flow: how patients are handled, what the pre-consultation conversation looks like, the guardrails I had to implement, and how HL7 secure messaging routes the summary to the clinic's Patient Management System.
