Microsoft SEAL is a high-performance homomorphic encryption library that enables computations on encrypted data without ever needing a decryption key.
Developed by the Cryptography and Privacy Research group at Microsoft, this C++ library provides a robust implementation of the BFV and CKKS homomorphic encryption schemes. It allows developers to build privacy-preserving applications where sensitive data (like medical records or financial transactions) remains encrypted while being processed by cloud services. The library includes a C# wrapper (.NET Standard) to broaden accessibility and leverages optimized arithmetic to maintain performance across various hardware configurations.
