React is an open-source JavaScript library for building dynamic user interfaces (UIs).

React is a component-based JavaScript library, developed by Meta (Facebook), engineered for building fast, declarative UIs. It mandates a one-way data flow and utilizes a Virtual DOM mechanism to ensure efficient, predictable updates to the user interface. Developers construct complex UIs by composing small, encapsulated components; this architecture promotes code reusability and simplifies state management across large applications. The library employs JSX (a syntax extension) to integrate HTML-like markup directly within JavaScript logic, supporting development for both web (React DOM) and native mobile platforms (React Native).

### [From Screenshot to Code: AI-Powered Design Cloning and Verification](https://nyc.aitinkerers.org/talks/rsvp_oSYfxCynLls)

Live demo of an AI pipeline I made that takes any website URL and recreates it in an editable sandbox. The system: 1. Captures a live site using Playwright (screenshots, DOM, styles) 2. Uses Claude to analyze the design and generate a React clone 3. Creates an instant editable sandbox with the cloned site 4. Verifies the clone matches the original using design contracts 5. Suggests and applies CSS fixes for any differences I'll show the full loop: paste a URL → AI analyzes it → generates code → live preview appears → iterate with chat to refine. No Figma access needed, no manual coding - just point at any site and get an editable clone.

### [The Future of Taxes](https://st-louis.aitinkerers.org/talks/rsvp_WsQcRPj15Rg)

My startup company is developing a tax AI product called Fiscal Mind. The idea is for CPAs to have clients take photos of their tax documents and upload it and once we have enough fiscal data then we calculate their taxes owed and also suggest ways for the next year on how to lower tax costs slightly. This streamlines the process and saves over 70% of a CPA's time since typical tax filings can take anywhere from 8 hours to 5 days. It is meant as an assistant not to completely take over.

### [Web App for Deep reading with AI](https://seattle.aitinkerers.org/talks/rsvp_o4rAnxOxA2c)

Reflecting back on 2025, I, like much of the tech industry, significantly increased my dependence on AI. There are real negative side effects to this shift, but one positive outcome surprised me: AI made me a fearless learner. For a long time, I avoided learning things that felt too deep or too slow. If a topic looked intimidating, I procrastinated. If progress felt abstract, I lost interest. Fear of failure quietly shaped what I chose to learn. AI changed that by meeting me exactly where I am. I can ask naive questions, get ideas reframed in simpler language, and apply what I learn immediately. That removes the early confusion that usually kills momentum. A recent talk by Andrej Karpathy really clicked for me. He described using AI to read The Wealth of Nations by Adam Smith, written in the 1700s. For a modern reader, the old English alone is a major barrier. I took that idea and turned it into a web app (https://github.com/varunr89/edps-method) React frontend, Azure SQL to track progress, and Azure AI Foundry for the AI layer. All texts come from the open-source Gutenberg project. My goal for 2026 is to use this app for structured deep reading of the foundational texts behind economics, politics, and moral philosophy. (example The Wealth of Nations, The Federalist Papers, and Capital by Karl Marx). These are books people cite but rarely finish. AI is not doing the work for me. It is my learning partner that keeps things engaging and practical.

### [Building a 10¢ Research Paper TTS Pipeline: Kokoro, Claude, and the Hidden Costs of Audio](https://la.aitinkerers.org/talks/rsvp_wigMst0JqyA)

I built a native iOS + web app that turns research papers into listenable audio summaries in ~30 seconds. The stack: Claude Sonnet for summarization, Kokoro TTS (82M parameter on-device model) for voice synthesis, and a hacky but decently good solution to Kokoro's context window problem: breaking sentences into clauses. Also found out that 11labs is a lot more expensive than I thought.

### [Who's the Imposter? 15 AIs Play a Social Deduction Game](https://nashville.aitinkerers.org/talks/rsvp_5m6nlurQ1fo)

What started as my niece's breakfast table math question became something unexpected: a live arena where 15 AI models from Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, Meta, and X.AI play social deduction against each other. You can watch their inner monologue as they deceive, accuse, and reason about who to trust. Claude hedges. GPT accuses. Gemini analyzes. Same game, very different behaviors. I'll run a live game and show the architecture that makes multi-model coordination possible.

### [Canopy Agent Orchestrator: Everything Everywhere All at Once](https://nashville.aitinkerers.org/talks/rsvp_IyJRYGhJITc)

Canopy runs multiple coding agents in parallel, each in an isolated sandbox, with automatic merging and conflict resolution. It uses Beads for in-repo task tracking and dependency management, so agents work on the right things in the right order. The premise: engineering should be about specifying what you want, defining acceptance criteria, and reviewing results — not waiting for code to materialize one task at a time. Canopy treats code production as infrastructure that should get out of your way. I'll demo the system live: defining tasks with dependencies, launching parallel agents, and watching them work simultaneously while a dashboard tracks progress. We'll cover the copy-on-write isolation that makes this possible and how conflicts get resolved automatically.

### [Observability that drives true ROI](https://toronto.aitinkerers.org/talks/rsvp_6R-ayo9yb7I)

As AI agents increasingly act like employees, we rethought what observability should look like in this new era. Instead of more dashboards and logs, we built a crew of AI managers that monitor, understand, and summarize agent behavior. The goal is simple: help teams quickly see what matters, understand why it’s happening, and take action without engineers spending hours digging through traces and logs.

### [Link Library](https://atlanta.aitinkerers.org/talks/rsvp_hO_OO0krZGI)

LinkLibrary started as a personal frustration: saving links everywhere (Notion, Notes, Slack, browser bookmarks) and never finding them again. In this talk, I’ll walk through how LinkLibrary was actually built, from early scrappy experiments to a more AI-native system. I’ll show: • How we designed the core data model for links, collections, and social signals • How we approached semantic chunking, embeddings, and retrieval (what worked and what didn’t) • Early attempts at AI agents for tagging, summarization, and discovery • Technical tradeoffs across FastAPI, Supabase/Postgres (pgvector), and React • Lessons learned from shipping v1, demoing to real users, and iterating in public This is a behind-the-scenes, technical walkthrough focused on architecture, decisions etc

### [Write Once, Prompt Anywhere: Architecting Portable, Dynamic Interfaces for LLMs](https://san-diego.aitinkerers.org/talks/rsvp_E83764oLLm8)

Standard chat interfaces are silos. We're all maintaining separate lists of "golden prompts" and manually editing placeholders like [INSERT CONTEXT] every time we switch between Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini. This talk covers the engineering behind SidePC, a provider-agnostic browser extension built to treat prompts as portable, structured assets. I will perform a hands-on code walk-through (vanilla JS/Manifest V3) focusing on the implementation of our portable prompt schema (.sidepc). This JSON-based architecture enables more than just text storage; it supports recursive folder hierarchies and dynamic variable tokenization. I’ll dive into the regex engine used to transform raw strings into interactive form inputs (dropdowns, file uploads) and the DOM injection logic required to bypass Content Security Policies (CSP) while simulating trusted events for React/Vue-based UIs. We’ll also examine the "Remote Sync" system that utilizes a Base ID versioning strategy, allowing teams to treat prompt libraries like Git repos for auto-updating team-wide workflows.

### [AgentMon: Building Step-Level Tracing + Expert Review for PydanticAI Agents](https://cologne.aitinkerers.org/talks/rsvp_ogg5YcS8QGw)

AgentMon is a lightweight framework I built to make agent behavior inspectable after a run. I’ll demo how a PydanticAI “deep research” agent is instrumented with a simple decorator to capture a structured step trace (tool calls, LLM calls, state snapshots, final output) into Postgres. Then I’ll walk through the post-run augmentation pipeline that maps raw steps into an agent-specific ontology and summarizes long outputs so runs are easier to review. Finally, I’ll show the web UI timeline where reviewers can score/label individual steps and whole runs, and how those annotations feed basic analytics across runs. Early stage but iterating fast.
