Hive is an open-source, local-first AI agent gateway built entirely with Bun and TypeScript. It lets you deploy autonomous AI agents that communicate across Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and CLI — all orchestrated through a single SQLite database with zero cloud dependency. The architecture follows a native Context Engine + ACE (Agentic Context Engineering) pattern: agents are stored as data, not hardcoded classes, and a Coordinator agent dynamically spawns sub-agents, assigns tools, and routes tasks. Hive supports multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Gemini, Ollama, OpenRouter, Moonshot) through a unified provider adapter layer, making it truly model-agnostic. Built independently from Bogotá, Colombia and published on npm as @johpaz/hive.

### [Automatización inteligente de gestión de horas de trabajo con Telegram, Make y Google Workspace](https://pereira.aitinkerers.org/talks/rsvp_vfKR6s_lNyQ)

Este proyecto aborda un problema cotidiano en la gestión de horas laborales: el registro manual y repetitivo de horas en hojas de Excel, que requiere abrir archivos, ingresar datos y enviar reportes semanalmente de forma manual. Para resolverlo, diseñé una automatización integral en Make compuesta por tres escenarios interconectados, que digitalizan todo el flujo desde la captura de datos hasta la generación de reportes. El primer escenario utiliza un bot de Telegram para solicitar las horas programadas, realizadas y observaciones. La información del identificador de la última instrucción se guarda en un Data Store y se gestiona el resto de información mediante Webhooks. El segundo escenario procesa la información proveniente del Webhook, aplica lógica condicional, calcula automáticamente las horas extras y pendientes, traduce el día de la semana con la API de Google Translate y almacena los resultados en Google Sheets, envía mensaje de confirmación del registro de la información. Finalmente, el tercer escenario genera un reporte semanal en Google Docs, lo convierte a PDF y lo envía automáticamente por Gmail.
