I will demo the complete flow live: set a research mandate, retrieve and cluster open evidence, identify the unresolved gap, then buy, skip, or block sources according to policy. The demo ends with a before/after conclusion and an Evidence Receipt showing the authorization, quote, settlement, access state, and exact claim-level citations.

Just Another AI DAW (JAAD) is an open-source, browser-based, multitrack Digital Audio Workstation that integrates Google Gemini to deliver real-time AI mixing advice, generative MIDI/stem creation, and mastering tools directly in a local-first interface. In the live demo, I will showcase a working multitrack workspace with responsive AudioWorklet playback, demonstrate Gemini-powered tempo detection and natural-language MIDI sequence generation, and show how we handle local storage caching using the Origin Private File System (OPFS) alongside a WebGL-based visual analyzer.

CloudAuthor — a full-stack AI authoring platform, 14 agents, 27 skills, 300+ tests, built in 2 months on .NET Aspire and TypeScript/Vite. Live demo in two halves. First, I'll run the end-to-end publishing pipeline through CloudAuthor's agents: ideation → research → quote-finding → drafting → editing → banner creation → Japanese translation → carousel generation. Each stage is a specialized agent handing off to the next, all streaming in front of you. Then I'll switch to Visual Studio Code and show the squad of 7 specialized coding agents I actually use to build CloudAuthor itself — the agents that wrote the agents.

I built a local AI agent development team on a Mac Mini to support software development for HausHavn, a real estate workflow platform. Instead of using AI for one-off prompts, I set up separate agents with clear roles across architecture, coding, QA, product analysis, documentation, and project management. The demo shows how I orchestrate those agents through real development work, including task handoffs, code review, GitHub issues, Notion sync, release QA, and the messy lessons of making agents useful as process infrastructure, not magic.

Loupe is a luxury watch market intelligence and tool platform designed for collectors and dealers. With a one-person team and Claude Code, we ship SEO landing pages, Instagram content (carousels, reels, stories), editorial guides, across 22+ watch brands, all from CC. In this demo, I'll walk through the actual workflows: how a single CLI session can research a topic, query Supabase for watch data, generate templated visuals with Puppeteer, compose ffmpeg reels with Ken Burns and transition effects, and push a finished landing page and associated Instagram reel to production. Leveraging Claude Code with custom slash commands, custom MCP integrations, and a growing skills library that turns repetitive GTM work into repeatable pipelines. I'll show the real session transcripts, the messy iterations, and the parts that broke. Leveraging this method, we've grown from 0 to 100 followers in a week.

### [Claude in the Channel: Building an Autonomous Frontend Agent for No-Code Teams](https://tokyo.aitinkerers.org/talks/rsvp_ILK68XIsX3A)

I’ll demonstrate how I turned a Slack channel into a functional "Frontend Desk" where designers and admin staff ship production code without touching an IDE, or having to pay for a no-code platform or a content delivery network (CDN). The system connects a Slack bot to a Claude-powered agent sitting on a server with a live clone of our React/Vite/Tailwind repository. I’ll walk through the technical plumbing that allows the bot to: * Ingest design specs and SVGs directly from Slack threads. * Contextualize those assets within a complex codebase to perform precise UI updates. * Trigger a password-protected staging environment for instant visual feedback. * Execute a `/approve` flow that handles the merging and deployment to GitHub Pages.

An early preview of a web application built to create segmentation and 3D modeling training data directly within research and clinical workflows in Medical Imaging, using SAM3 and Gaussian Splatting APIs. It supports multiple imaging modalities; including Cardiac MRI, Cardiac CT, CCTA, and Brain MRI. This training data can be quickly plugged in to fine-tune or build machine learning models, which can loop back into the web application. Creating an iterative cycle of improving machine learning models, segmentations and 3D models across all modalities in Medical Imaging.

### [Reasoning traces in LangChainJS](https://boston.aitinkerers.org/talks/rsvp_ghXjZ5aNfAc)

I will show how to use langchainJS to interact with current reasoning models (GPT-5, Grok 4, Gemini-2.5 Pro) and how to handle their responses. Why are they different? Well, if you treat them like "normal" models you get some surprising behavior. Most obviously very slow responses. Less obvious, but also common they might stop their response midway, without obvious reason. The "trick" is to consider the reasoning trace. Both, when prompting and when when building UX. Unfortunately, langchain currently doesn't document how to do this well so, instead, I will dive into the code and show you instead ;) For this we will use a real world example: A private chat app that we use to unify conversations with major LLM providers. You can talk to multiple models in parallel within the same conversation, which is the perfect scenario to see different thinking vs non-thinking models in action.
